Join Josh Walitt with the Appraisal Institute Colorado Chapter, as he instructs the Two-Values Appraisals course over Zoom on August 16. In this seminar, students will focus on appraisals where the client has requested two values be expressed in one appraisal report and assignment. These assignments typically relate to fix-and-flip scenarios but may also relate to other types of assignments. Students will learn what considerations are essential in two-value appraisals, such as effective dates, forms software, sketches, different approaches to value, reporting clearly, and will be able to examine examples.
