This course is designed for appraisers and others in the valuation space to understand valuation obligations from the standpoint of bias, fair housing, and discrimination regulations.  Focuses include the Fair Housing Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), assignment conditions from clients, and reporting.  Throughout the course are case examples and discussion prompts to encourage deeper learning and application for students.
