Classes Where Walitt Solutions Was the Education Provider
“I need my CE certificate”
STEP ONE: Determine whether Walitt Solutions was the class provider. If Walitt Solutions was not the class provider, Walitt Solutions does not issue the certificate.
- For example, if the class provider was Appraisal Institute Chapter, Appraiser eLearning, Champions Real Estate, McKissock Learning, or your state association or coalition, Walitt Solutions was not the provider and you will need to contact the correct education provider.
STEP TWO: Search your email for a certificate we already issued if you requested a certificate following the class. Search for “@walitt.com” in your emails, including inbox, junk, and spam folders.
STEP THREE: If you did not find an email with your certificate, that means you deleted our email or never requested a certificate. Follow the steps below for the applicable class.
Adjusting the Adjustment Process – February 18, 2025

Appraiser’s Guide to the New URAR – May 27, 2025
- Franklin, Indiana (Indianapolis area) in-person classroom live, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Eastern
- 7 hours CE for Appraisers
- CE credit was arranged for Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Wisconsin Appraisers (host was Absolute Lending Logistics)
- Your CE certificate was emailed to you and uploaded to our learning platform after you completed the class. To obtain a duplicate or replacement certificate, you must first search your email (inbox, junk, spam, etc.) or sign into your profile at https://walittsolutions.trainercentralsite.com/#/home. If you still cannot locate your CE certificate, follow instructions at the bottom of this page.
Appraiser’s Guide to the New URAR – August 18 and 19, 2025

Replacement or Duplicate CE Certificates
CE certificates are free when requested within 30 days after the class concludes. If you need a replacement more than 30 days after the class occurred, there is a $15 fee per certificate. We may take up to ten business days to issue the replacement or duplicate certificate (subject to any state restrictions or regulations).
If a link is shown above for your specific class date, use the link. If there is no link shown above for your specific class, obtain a replacement certificate, by emailing support@walitt.com and including the following:
- Subject line must be “Replacement certificate – [class name and date] – [your full name]”
- Example subject line: “Replacement Certificate – Appraiser’s Guide to the New URAR – Janet Doe”
- In the email body, include
- full title of class (class name)
- date(s) of the class
- your full name to appear on the certificate
- your credential state
- your credential number
- the email address you used when you originally registered
- any other names you would have used when you originally registered
- request a replacement certificate
Why Do I Need to Request a CE Certificate?
In many cases, we work with associations and other groups who register students for the classes, meaning we do not necessarily have all students in our systems initially. Additionally, some people attend classes with no intention or desire to obtain a CE certificate. For these reasons, we provide a clear link with simple instructions for appraisers to request a CE certificate immediately upon concluding a class where Walitt Solutions in the education provider. Before issuing a CE certificate, we verify attendance with our records of who attended and met all applicable requirements.
