7-HOUR NATIONAL USPAP UPDATE (CE) AND 15-HOUR NATIONAL USPAP (QE)

COMPLIANCE AND INDEPENDENCE TRAINING (non-CE)

Covers common state and client required topics for assigners and reviewers, with an attendance certificate issued. Sections:

1. General compliance – valuation independence, revisions/reconsiderations, panel management, assigning orders, complaints, mandatory reporting, etc.;
2. USPAP overview – covering key components required by states which are not covered in the 7-Hour USPAP Update course; and
3. Bias, discrimination, fair housing and abuse.

Additional and greater-depth custom content can be added to the live online version with instructor (e.g., additional scenarios, specific topics and additional USPAP concerns)

Training can include one, two or three of the sections above, based on client need.

A self-paced online version is also available.

ANNUAL SECURITY TRAINING (non-CE)

Includes network security, information security, physical security, disaster planning/recovery, evacuation, scams, and real-world examples. An attendance certificate is issued.
