Policy and Procedure Creation and Review

Whether our AMC client needs a suite of policies and procedures to begin operations or our established AMC client needs an annual review, Walitt Solutions is ready to assist.

The policy and procedure review and compliance exam includes the initial consultation, performance of the exams with written results, and a concluding implementation meeting. The process includes:

Review of the company’s current policy and procedure manual
Written recommendations on improvements to policies and procedures, to fulfill client, state or federal compliance requirements
Analysis and review of company documentation for onboarding new clients
Exam of the appraisal management system (AMS) for compliance, proper documentation and implementation of active policies and procedures
Support related to training records, including key person and staff requirements
Creation of and recommendations regarding forms, procedures and other documents
