Using Technology and AI While Staying in Control – In-Person
Appraisers are being presented with more technology than ever, from integrated software features to analytics platforms, automation tools, and artificial intelligence. This session will examine how these tools can improve efficiency, strengthen analysis, and help appraisers better support their conclusions while maintaining professional responsibility. Topics will include using technology to lift the research and analysis steps and enhance the clarity of appraisal reporting, with live demonstration of technology and AI use. The session emphasizes a practical, appraiser-centered approach: technology can provide lift, but the appraiser must understand the process, evaluate the results, and remain accountable for the final analysis.
